| TVC Canada Announces Exclusive Relationship with JDSU |

Markham ON. September 9th 2011 – TVC Canada, a division of WESCO Distribution Canada LP, the leading integrator and distributor serving Canada’s telecommunications industry, has announced that it has entered into an exclusive relationship in Canada with JDSU, the world’s leading communications test and measurement company.
Effective immediately, TVC Canada is now selling JDSU’s line of broadband HFC test solutions. JDSU’s broad portfolio starts with a full line of field meters for triple-play, digital and analog services testing and extends to its award-winning return path monitoring and video monitoring solutions.

The JDSU PathTrak Return Path Monitoring System is being viewed by TVC as a significant opportunity to achieve this goal. The system was designated by Broadband Gear Report as an “Elite Product” in their 2010 Diamond Technology Review.
