| TVC Announces Renato Fernandez as new IP Business Development Manager |

 Miami, Florida May 10, 2010 – TVC Communications is pleased to announce the appointment of Renato Fernandez as the new IP Business Development Manager for TVC, He will be responsible for managing the IP Business Unit in CALA, and will function as the interface with our IP manufacturing partners as well as a technical resource for the US and Canada.
Renato comes to us with a wealth of experience obtained through key Management positions where he was formerly Director, Technical Sales and Support for Bell Labs/Lucent Technologies. “Renato will be a valuable resource as we continue to expand our IP product offerings to customers big and small” said Raul Soto, V.P. & General Manager of TVC CALA.
With multiple degrees and honors, Renato holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
